2.1. BMC&A will collect the following data provided by the User through the use of the emails enabled and / or filling out the web application form:

  • Email: Email addresses enabled for the attention of queries or requests for information that the user makes to BMC&A.

Data collected: Name,  email and query.

Purpose: Answer information requests made by the User regarding our legal services.

Conservation periods: BMC&A will hold data for the period necessary to resolve the query, once this period lapses data will be hold for a máximum periodo of one (1) year.

Legitimation: Based on the User’s consent, BMC&A is legitimised to treat the data provided by the User this way.

  • Registration and Monitoring of Corporate Accounts on Social Networks: The personal data that facilitates or enables social networks when the User becomes a follower of them.

The only BMC & A account currently is as follows:


Collected Data: Name, Surname, Fiscal ID Number, contact address, domicile, email address, contact phone number.

Purpose: Follow up of the Social Network.

Conservation period: The data will be kept for the time necessary for the purpose of the treatment, and once completed the same can be kept for a period of six years at the disposal of the Public Administration, Judges and Courts, for the attention and defense of possible responsibilities arising from the treatment.

Legitimation: Provision of the User’s consent.

2.2. Recipients: To the extent that it is necessary for each of the purposes expressed in the previous section, your data will not be transferred to any company. The transfer or communication of data to third parties is also not foreseen. 3.2. Our website has links, plug-ins that refer to the website of a third party, specifically Linkedin. Therefore, this Privacy Policy does not cover said website, being convenient to be redirected to the Terms of Use of that page.
